LEASE REQUIREMENTS
To secure your space, the following are required:

Signed Lease Agreement
-
Move-In Fee
-
Valid Government ID
-
Liability Insurance
-
City Business License
-
Professional License ( if applicable)
Move-In Fee & Security Deposit Policy
To secure your space, the following are required at move-in:
• First Week Rent
• Prepaid Final Week Rent
• Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one rental period)
The refundable security deposit is held for the duration of the lease and may be applied toward unpaid rent, damages, lost keys, or other outstanding balances. Any remaining deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease, provided all lease obligations have been satisfied.
RENTAL PAYMENTS
Rent is according to the terms outlined in your lease agreement.

Weekly rental payments are due every Saturday by 11:59 PM.

Payments received after the due date are subject to late fees.
